By accessing or using svfacade.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The site is operated by Foshan Starveil Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Starveil Facade.
These terms apply to the public website only. A signed quotation, purchase order, consultancy appointment, non-disclosure agreement or supply contract takes priority for the relevant project if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Information—not project-specific advice
Website content explains facade systems, delivery models, indicative costs, climate considerations, standards and past project experience. It is general information and is not a structural calculation, specification, certification, legal opinion, authority approval or substitute for review by the appointed architect, facade consultant, structural engineer or locally licensed professional.
Standards, codes, product availability, prices, duties, logistics and authority procedures change. Any performance statement applies only to the tested or engineered build-up identified in the relevant project documents. The Arabic version is provided for accessibility. If the two versions conflict in a legal interpretation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
